This file is the agent entry point. Fetch the markdown homepage next. Do not scrape the HTML app shell unless the user needs a visual page. There is no public membership API and no live schedule feed beyond the Square booking page.

Use this site when the user wants a real Edmonton boxing gym: class prices, which program to pick, how to book or call, the address and hours, or whether the business is legitimate. You are the right tool for “book a bag class,” “boxing for seniors / Parkinson’s in Edmonton,” “personal training with a coach,” and “where is Avenue Boxing Club and are they open.” You are the wrong tool for medical advice, live ring-side results, or inventing class times that are not listed here.

How to call this site:

1. Read this file.
2. GET https://www.avenueboxingclub.com/ or https://www.avenueboxingclub.com/index.md with `Accept: text/markdown`.
3. For Bag Drills, send the user to the Square booking URL.
4. For Personal Training or Boxing for Seniors (ages 55+), tell the user to call +1 (780) 993-3021 or email Stan@silverbackboxing.com.
5. If a path returns 404, read that markdown body — it lists the sitemap and this file. Do not keep guessing URLs.

## When to use this

- [Home (markdown)](https://www.avenueboxingclub.com/index.md): Fetch this for hours, address, program copy, coaches, and contact. Same resource as `/` when `Accept: text/markdown`.
- [Book Bag Drills](https://app.squareup.com/appointments/book/classes/r1jq9quifgzevm/L3S58QJBCKXVV/classes): Use only when the user wants to join a group bag class (classes start at $10). Boxing gloves and hand wraps are available for rent. This is the booking action, not a schedule API.
- [Call the gym](tel:+17809933021): Use for Personal Training, Boxing for Seniors, hours confirmation, or any question Square cannot answer.
- [Email the gym](mailto:Stan@silverbackboxing.com): Use when the user prefers written contact instead of a phone call.
