About Us

We are a non-profit gym building better people through boxing since 2004.

Our mission is to make boxing in Edmonton accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of your skill level.

We promise to give you a great workout in a clean, safe, and respectful space.

Programs & Classes

60 minutes of full body exercises and boxing combos

This class is a mix of bodyweight exercises and boxing combo drills, led by an instructor. This is a no-contact class — it's just you vs. the punching bag. We charge $15, and gear is included. Drop-ins are welcome.

Learn how to box from a professional heavyweight boxer and National Silver Medalist

Stanley will work with you one-on-one to set goals and design a customized program to help you reach them. Each session combines technical work, conditioning, and strategy to build results that last.

60–90 minutes of guided movements and boxing combinations for senior adults

When you box, age is just a number. Members of this class say they feel more confident, stable, and motivated to stay active.
